Position Summary: To oversee all aspects of the Internal Accounting, Company Information Systems, Financial Statements, assist with Budgeting, Financial Analysis and related party accounting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Know and follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform work in a safe manner.
Work with the accounting departments of both companies striving for long-term efficiency.
Develops and maintains systems and process for
A/R and A/P
Prepare and review all financials assuring timeliness and accuracy of information
Present financials to staff and GM and Board reporting on deviations from budget
Responsible for patronage, and all areas of tax compliance/reporting
Manage Relationships with external auditors on year-end audits.
Oversee financial inflow and outflow of capital as it relates to our financial institutions
Leads finance initiatives and programs that improve the operations efficiency and effectiveness
Report monthly banking compliance documents
Work with management when negotiating bank credit facilities
Review and assist management in negotiating insurance coverages including PPE, D&O, Umbrella, Group Health, Dental, Life & Disability, W/C, etc.
Other Related Tasks:
Evaluate business opportunities.
Liquidation of assets
Work in an effective and efficient manner.
Ensure facility is well maintained.
Recommend changes in office practices or procedures.
Follow up to ensure that work has been completed as approved.
Attend safety and related job trainings as they become available.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CMA, or CPA preferred.
6-10 years related experience.
Strong Computer and Technology Skills.
Solid understanding of agriculture accounting including grain, farm supply and dairy processing.
