currently have a Computer Support
Analyst position open at our Rock
Springs facility.
Overview:
Installs, configures, and maintains
a variety of computer equipment
including desktop computers, laptop
computers, printers, copiers, and
networking (fiber and Cat-5/6).
Provide local support for hardware,
software, network related issues.
Serves as a principal source of
information on equipment problems.
Maintains inventory of supplies and
equipment.
Performs additional functions
incidental to computer support
activities.
Responsible for maintaining backup
and disaster recovery solutions.
Maintain and administer Windows
based servers.
Maintain company intranet which will
require changes and improvements as
outlined by company
needs/requirements.
Effectively communicate with users
as needed to diagnose specific
symptoms of equipment and or
application failures or issues.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of related work
experience, Associates degree in
computer related, A+ certification
and Network+ certifications a plus.
Required Skills:
Must have more than just general
knowledge of Office 2003/2007,
Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows
Server 2003, HTML programming,
Database structuring (SQL, ACCESS,
MySQL, etc).
Must be able to troubleshoot
hardware related issues.
Skill set in working with Network
Media and hardware (Ethernet, Fiber
Optics, Cat-5, Wireless, etc.)
Today, the Rock Springs area
continues to have a leadership role
in the nation's energy production
