currently have a Food Plant Shift
Manager position open at our Moses
Lake WA facility.
Overview / Essential Functions:
Accountable for the effective
operation of the facility on an
assigned shift by managing and
coordinating the activities of a
group of team leaders responsible
for areas which include raw
receiving, processing, packaging for
both fry line and granules,
specialty line, and quality
assurance. Coordinates the
activities of the facility to meet
operational goals which include
quality, sanitation, food safety,
and employee safety.
Skill / Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from
four-year college or university;
three plus years experience;
equivalent combination of education
and experience. Must have food
processing experience. Prior
supervisory experience preferred.
Successful candidate must possess
excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Varying shift
assignments and overtime will be
required.

Located in the beautiful Columbia
Basin area, Moses Lake offers a wide
range of attractions. Offering a
wonderful moderate climate along
with numerous parks and campgrounds,
it is an outdoor recreational oasis
with great fishing, hiking, biking,
and hunting available. It has a
great small town feel yet also
offers the nearby urban resources of
Seattle or Spokane.
