We are
looking for an ideal candidate for
our client. This is a permanent
full-time position, we are only the
recruiter. This position is for
those who enjoy earning their money.
This person must be a self-starter,
motivated, detail-oriented person
with grain farm experience. No
smoking during work hours due to
strict agricultural requirements.
Must have or be willing to obtain a
CDL driver's license immediately
with ability to operate
tractor-trailer combinations. Class
A CDL is most desired. Will be
shoveling corn, moving hogs,
crawling in bins. Must be willing to
work with grain, cattle, and hogs.
This position could involve working
long hours per day in the height of
the season. Must be willing to
relocate to Garner, IA area as you
must be less than a 20 minute drive
from the farm. Weekend rotations are
as follows: Every effort will be
made to allow for every other
Saturday off. You will be required
to work every 3rd Sunday. Peak
season may occasionally alter these
arrangements. Health Insurance, Paid
Holidays. We are only interested in
those who precisely meet the above
requirements as we are being
contracted to find the IDEAL person.
