currently have an Market Manager
I/II position open at our Colusa CA
area.
Overview:
This position works under the
guidance of the Area Manager and
will provide Sales, Marketing, and
Operational Leadership for a
specific geographical location(s).
Supervisors to establish operational
efficiencies in addition to
directing the collective efforts of
the sales and marketing staff
assigned to the location(s).
Independently organizes location(s)
operations and resources to supply
products and services to customers
including sales, delivery, billing,
collection, and ensuring customer
satisfaction. Directly serves as
sales and customer service
representative. Responsible and
accountable for meeting location(s)
sales, margin, financial and
operational goals. Provides for
manpower needs of the location(s) by
selecting, coaching, training, and
managing performance in addition to
providing leadership and guidance to
location(s) staff members. Provides
support for overall marketing
programs for locations. Monitors
location(s) expenses and work
processes and procedures and
establishes maintenance and
housekeeping programs which allow
the greatest possible return on
investment while reaching area
goals. Provides a work environment
that complies with all safety and
regulatory requirements in
relationship to employees, products,
and customers. Assists in preparing
forecasts, budgets, and other
recordkeeping duties related to
future planning. Evaluates labor,
equipment, and inventory needs and
establishes sales and other programs
to maximize opportunities at the
location level
Skills/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from
four-year college or university. -
Eight plus years related experience
and/or training.
