Specialist I/II/III available at our
West Memphis, Arkansas facility.
Overview:
This position designs and develops
training and educational programs in
connection with on-the-job training,
skill development, workplace culture
change, and management development.
Essential Functions:
Administers, organizes and conducts
training and educational programs.
Maintains records of training
activities and employee progress and
monitors effectiveness of programs.
Conducts on-site training,
facilitates group training programs,
and works with outside consultants
and vendors to coordinate training.
Evaluates effectiveness of programs
and maintains records of training
activities and employee progress.
Designs, develops, and implements
technical as well as management
development programs.
Responsible for the facilitation and
maintenance of plant educational
assistance program.
Shared responsibility for benefti
orientation and employee record
maintenance.
Skill / Experience Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in training or
closely related field or equivalent
combination of education and
experience will be considered.
Thorough understanding of technical
training approaches, techniques, and
methodologies.
Planning and organization skills,
accuracy, and ability to prioritize
are critical to this position.
Plant experience preferred.
Training certificate from nationally
recognized association is preferred.
Level I - no prior experience
required.
Level II - 1+ years experience
required.
Level III - 3+ years experience
required.

Located just 15 minutes from
downtown Memphis, the city of West
Memphis, Arkansas is a vibrant river
town on the banks of the Mississippi
River. The city provides the luxury
of a lower cost of living and is
easily accessible in this three
state region, with excellent
interstate, county, and city road
systems. West Memphis has a
population of approximately 30,000
