currently have Crop Advisor
positions open in Tulare, Jovista,
Edison, Orland and Colusa Counties.
Overview:
Markets products to growers by
making sales calls, providing
consulting services, and monitoring
individual grower programs in
respect to use of pesticides,
fertilizers, irrigation, tillage,
seed, and related areas.
Essential Functions:
Provides appropriate follow-up and
assurance of customer satisfaction.
Strongly prefers experienced sales
representative with strong
motivation and marketing skills.
Requires working knowledge of
fertilizer and pesticide
requirements. Prefers knowledge of
local crops. Strong communication
skills and the ability to work well
in a team environment are required.
Skill / Experience Requirements:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or
equivalent from two-year college or
technical school and three plus
years related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination
of education and experience. PCA
Certification Required
