Provide heat detection/insemination service as required by representative. Follow on-farm procedures to help facilitate implementation of RMS. Cooperate with other farm advisors (Vet, Nutritionist, etc.). Ensure appropriate relief days are given to employed and independent representatives. Adhere to the set up schedule. Be punctual when relief breeding, if running behind notify appropriate parties of your status. Professionalism in appearance and speech. Report relief days to management for timely and accurate billing to representatives.

Work Requirements

Minimum 1 year insemination experience preferred Effective listening and communication skills Effective time management and organizational skills Computer skills Experience as herdsman or dairy background desire Salary to be discuss at interview.
