3 bedroom family home built by my folks, utilities & cable included for this full time job. We have a beautiful Montana ranch along with motels, a campground and famous restaurant in town. Most of your work will be done there and requires maintenance skills; carpentry, minor electrical, plumbing, gardening & lawn care skills for the right person, young or retired. The tasks range widely, essentially being called maintenance and grounds. There may be some work with livestock, if you're comfortable or interested in that.

If you or your spouse have management skills there is opportunity as well. You need to be friendly and play well with others.

We love our town and ranch, between the Black Hills of South Dakota and the Little Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming. At only 3000' elevation, we think the weather is mild. Native Americans called this Montana valley "the last great hunting grounds."

A neat, clean, hardworking person who takes initiative and can work with only minimal supervision has been the best here. No smokers, heavy drinkers or proselytizers.
