THE POSITION:
DTN is currently seeking individuals who possess a
desire to be the best. The primary function of the
Inside Sales Rep is to sell DTN’s Ag Services
products through inbound and outbound calls. The
chosen candidates will have a proven ability to
exceed sales quotas and strong communications skills
are essential. Inside Sales Representatives sell
value, not price. Only individuals who are
assertive, high energy, self-directed and
results-oriented need apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Outbound phone sales experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to exceed sales quotas
• Sell value, not price
• Possess a desire to be the best
• Ability to work in a team environment is an
absolute must
• Ability to manage a high volume of accounts with
minimal supervision
• Associate or Bachelor degree preferred, but not
required
• Knowledge of Agriculture required
