Person with experience/education in biodynamic farming wanted to work three days a week (around 24 hours a week) on micro-farm (2 acres) in Santa Cruz county. The farm grows 50 different crops (all small quantities) and houses various farm animals. The farm also has a farmstand upon which it sells its produce.

The worker needs to be experienced or highly educated in biodynamic agriculture in order to help transition the farm from organic to biodynamic culture. The current farmer/owner needs someone who can not only help work the farm, but bring it into compliance with accepted biodynamic practices.


Candidate must have a US work permit to apply.
