Experienced organic farmer to work collaboratively with nonprofit staff and volunteers to manage small organic urban farm, and implement a 30 member low-income CSA in east Los Angeles County. We are a job training and leadership development program for at-risk high school youth whom we employ to help us organically grow and sell a variety of produce. Skills needed include: leadership, communication, supervision, ability to work with youth and within the mission and priorities of the organization, and ability to help manage and grow the farm within our resources. Salary commensurate with experience. References required.
