Job Description
Principal Duties:
1. Evaluate existing Slurrystore Dealer
distribution. Make recommendations for change so
that all territories and market sectors have
strong Slurrystore representation
2. Train and develop Slurrystore Dealers and
assist them in capitalizing on environmental
quality incentive programs
3. Develop working relationships with Engineers
and design build companies in the business of
methane digestion and processing of livestock
manure to get ESPC Tanks specified
4. Implement ESPC Slurrystore marketing programs
5. Make recommendations for new products/product
improvements and marketing partnerships that
will increase Slurrystore sales.
Skills Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal and written communications
skills
2. Capable of developing and conducting training
seminars
3. Capable of writing and implementing product
sales plans
4. Demonstrated success in recruiting new dealer
principals
5. Ability to develop and manage a distribution
system
6. Expertise in livestock waste management
issues
7. Capable of understanding engineering design
issues
8. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with
Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
Travel Requirements: Minimum of six days
per month
Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelors Degree – Agricultural Engineering
Or a related business degree
2. Ten years field experience including sales
management
3. Farm background – good familiarity with
farming and livestock production

The person selected for this position must be

success of others (dealers). He or she must be a

significant restructuring in selected sales
territories.
